Hunan cuisine, also known as Xiang cuisine, is one of the Eight Great Traditions of Chinese cuisine, well known for its hot spicy flavor, fresh aroma and deep color. The history of the cooking skills employed in Hunan cuisine dates back to the 17th century. Common cooking techniques include stewing, frying, pot-roasting, braising, and smoking (from Wikipedia). 

Our cooking team is from Hunan, with more than 10-year Hunan cuisine experience. It's our never-ending goal to provide the high-quality and home-style authentic Hunan food.​
